    What happens if my purchase does not arrive or arrives broken?

    In the unfortunate case you purchase arrives broken or with damage you should best contact us straight away. Send us some pictures of the damaged product together with a couple of pictures of the packaging and the packaging material used. If you do this within 3 days after receiving your purchase at your doorstep you are entitled to a replacement piece. If no replacement product is available you will receive a full refund.

    I live in the UK: Do i need to pay custom and import duties?

    Yes, Since the Brexit UK is charging vat and import duties on everything that is ordered from outside of the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for custom and duties.

    Very nice. The Moose is lovely, and sits nicely on my wife's desk.

    Handsome and majestic this bronze sculpture captures the essence of the Moose. Perfectly sized for display case, mantle or table. It comes without a base, but the artist ingeniously includes a screw pin that can be used to secure the bronze to a base. I have located a base maker in Fort Collins and custom ordered something simple and elegant to show off this beauty, replacing the block of redwood he currently sets on.
