    In the unfortunate case you purchase arrives broken or with damage you should best contact us straight away. Send us some pictures of the damaged product together with a couple of pictures of the packaging and the packaging material used. If you do this within 3 days after receiving your purchase at your doorstep you are entitled to a replacement piece. If no replacement product is available you will receive a full refund.

    I live in the UK: Do i need to pay custom and import duties?

    Yes, Since the Brexit UK is charging vat and import duties on everything that is ordered from outside of the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for custom and duties.

    For some unknown reason, ornamental porcelain angels, are, quite often, not at all angelic to look at and more represent the dark lord, than being messengers of light. These, are the exception, in that they look truly cute and angelic. They also have a life in them, which strongly suggests, they are about to move. You wont find a better angelic trio, anywhere. I adore them!

    Oh these sweet angels are adorable. So happy I ran into your shop thank you so much . I adore cherubs .
