Send us some pictures of the damaged product together with a couple of pictures of the packaging and the packaging material used. If you do this within 3 days after receiving your purchase at your doorstep you are entitled to a replacement piece. If no replacement product is available you will receive a full refund.

    I live in the UK: Do i need to pay custom and import duties?

    Yes, Since the Brexit UK is charging vat and import duties on everything that is ordered from outside of the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for custom and duties.

    The rooster is beautifully wrought, and looks well constructed, But…it’s so small! As a result this was extremely expensive and I am disappointed with the purchase.

    The quality is really good. We can't wait to put it outside. It looks just like the pictures and it met my expectations.
