Send us some pictures of the damaged product together with a couple of pictures of the packaging and the packaging material used. If you do this within 3 days after receiving your purchase at your doorstep you are entitled to a replacement piece. If no replacement product is available you will receive a full refund.

    Yes, Since the Brexit UK is charging vat and import duties on everything that is ordered from outside of the UK. These costs are not included in the price listed on Etsy. We are not responsible for custom and duties.
